Belle and Zack’s wedding at her family home felt like something straight out of Beauty and the Beast, minus the Beast, of course. Zack is far too handsome for that role.

Filled with antiques, historic treasures and extraordinary collections, the house was a fairytale setting for a wedding that was anything but ordinary.

Having met at university, their story took them from pizza dates on the beach to a surprise proposal on the cliffs of Zimbabwe.

With her incredible eye for design, Belle created much of the wedding herself, including antique fish knives transformed into engraved keepsakes for every guest. A DIY wedding, but on an entirely different level.

And despite October 3rd bringing one of Sydney’s wildest storms, with the power flickering on and off, the celebrations never missed a beat. With loved ones travelling from overseas, a house full of character and a party that refused to be rained out, it was a little bit of magic amidst the chaos.
